Shipping Policy for Coo and Crown Gifts

Thank you for shopping with Coo and Crown Gifts. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high‑volume periods.

Custom or personalized items may require additional production time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

Estimated delivery windows:

Standard Shipping: 2 - 5 Days (Depending on Zip Code)

Expedited Shipping: 2 -3 days 

Priority Mail Express:  1-3 Days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. Please note:

  • Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
